Maternity Leave Membership
For the moms who will be heading back to work. The Maternity Leave Membership is a 7 week pass that grants you unlimited live classes in the FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook franchise, in person or virtual.
Playdates and Moms Night Out events are included to help you be a happy and healthy mom inside and out!
All new memberships are subject to a signup fee. If you are a past or current pass holder, please email elizabethpawelko@fit4mom.com
