Weekly Membership
Our Weekly Membership is 5 classes a month at a great low price of less than $12 a class. With this membership you can attend any 5 live classes you want in the FIT4MOM East DuPage West Cook franchise, in person or virtual. Playdates and Moms Night Out events are included in this membership.
All new memberships are subject to a signup fee. If you are a past or current pass holder, please email elizabethpawelko@fit4mom.com
